Discover modern access control software that empowers ticketing vendors to efficiently manage crowd entry and ensure seamless event access.

UI UX

Project Overview

SAP Guard is a mobile event ticketing and access software solution that empowers event organizers to effectively manage event admissions. The system analyzes admission rights by querying information directly from a central event database. Additionally, it offers broader hardware accessibility, enabling any mobile device with an internet connection to function as an admission-checking device.

Cannot disclose all details here but am happy to discuss further in a person.

The Solution

The redesign of SAP Guard focuses on streamlining the admission workflow for event staff. By incorporating consistent and familiar interaction patterns into the mobile application, scanning tickets during an event becomes more efficient, enabling staff to quickly access key features necessary for split-second decisions.

Conclusion

Working on this project deepened my knowledge of HTML and CSS. Collaborating closely with the development team enhanced my understanding of how front-end components are developed and implemented. This experience also highlighted the importance of coding a prototype as a style guide, ensuring that developers align their components with the UI design expectations of both the product owner and end users.
